Gunpowder

There's a south Indian food restaurant at Hauz Khas Village called Gunpowder. Good food!
ハウズカスヴィレッジにGunpowderという南インドレストランがあります。とってもおいしかった！

It's hard to find this restaurant but when you go up the top floor of the building, you'll get to see a really great view of the lake.
ちょっと分かりにくい所にありますが、建物の最上階までのぼって行くと湖がみえて景色がよかったです。

Craft Museum

I visited the craft museum today. Most part was under renovation but here's some pictures from the place.
今日はクラフト博物館へ行ってきました。ほとんどの場所が改築中だったけれど、博物館の写真を紹介します。

After the heavy rain

It poured really heavy like the other day while having lunch at a cafe but after about an hour the rain stopped and the sun came out.

カフェでランチをしてたらこの間みたいにものすごいどしゃぶりが降って１時間くらいしたらパァっと晴れた。
これは雨上がりのハウスカズ・ヴィレッジを上から見た様子。

Khan Market

There's a shopping area called Khan Market about 25 min ride away from the apartment where I stay. I've read somewhere that it is like Ginza of Tokyo so I had to go see what it was like!
滞在先のアパートから車で25分ほど離れたところにカーンマーケットというショッピングエリアがあります。東京の銀座みたいな所だ、とどこかで読んだのでそれはまず見に行かねばと行ってきました！


humm... Ginza. There are many shops and tourists, and I saw some Japanese so I guess it is somewhat like Ginza of New Delhi.
うーん、銀座。お店はたくさんあって観光客や日本人も見かけたのでなんとなくデリーの銀座っぽいのかな。

And this market also has my favorite shop the Good Earth I found the other day!
そして以前に見つけたお気に入りのお店がこのマーケットにもありました！



They have really nice stuff but the prices are very high like Tokyo. This is like Ginza.
とてもステキな品がいっぱいあるけれど、価格は東京並みで高い。ここは銀座みたい。

On the top floor is this really nice cafe restaurant.
最上階にはこんなにステキなカフェレストランがある。

And back to the market outside. Here, a more local section.
さて、また外のマーケットに戻って。ここはもう少しローカルなセクション。
