Cycle rickshaw

I always felt a bit bad for the skinny cycle rickshaw drivers but I've seen 3 women squeezed in one of these before so I figured I wouldn't be such a problem and had a ride on it for the first time. The ride was really nice and mellow, and hearing the sound of the pedal was quite different from the aggressive auto rickshaw rides.
やせて細い体してこぐのは大変だろうなぁ、といつもサイクル・リキシャーを見て思っていたけれど以前３人の女性がギュウギュウに乗ってたのを見たので私一人くらい問題ないだろう、と思って始めて乗ってみました。乗り心地はなかなかメロウで快適、ペダルのキコキコこぐ音を聞きながらアグレシッブなオートリキシャーとは違った体験だった。

I was pretty surprised to see a velo taxi here in India! I wonder how that ride is like, I've never been on one in Tokyo either.
